  The worst experience ever. The travel agents from the Chatswood store never replied though I called and left messages several times for two weeks to change our flights urgently. The communication only happens after lodging complaints to the store manager and reporting problems to the Head Office. Even after all those exhausting complaints, discussions, and chasing up for three weeks, in the end, they booked a hotel in Melbourne when we fly to Hobart. Nobody from the store is apologetic for the lack of service and errors they made on the itinery. The only person we could communicate-the store manager- is unfortunately out of office when the problems keep appearing and it requires the Head Office and Fair Trading to get them to fix the mess just 5 days before we depart. Only go ahead with this Chatswood Sta if you want a great deal of stress and frustration while planning your holidays and kill all the joy and excitement for your upcoming holidays even before you depart.

  Poor service. Spoke to an agent there who was more involved in looking pretty than providing options. She barely answered any questions. Her responses were mono syllabic..go there only if you want the brochures ...

  pretty good. All of my 6 flights for my holiday to vietnam got canceled or changed. went to sta chatswood.They helped me rebook and rescudual to the best of their ability.

  I just booked my partners flight through these folks and they were efficent and by far the lowest airfare by approx 250$. Do not bother with any other TA.

  Looks like I'm not the only one who has had terrible customer service from this store. They really messed me around, first with getting the pricing way wrong then with not doing what they should be doing and then not replying to emails. Try to find a different store.
