  Seeing as it was never this bad before and I do enjoy the food, we will give this place one more chance but if this happens again then I will change this review to one star and warn all our clients never to come here again.

  Excellent food, atrocious service. First of all, shortly after our food was brought over and we had just begun eating, our bill was brought to us, face up. If this was some cheap, stop over restaurant then I wouldn't mind but their prices (which I actually think is reasonable given the quality), presentation and decor certainly suggests otherwise.

  We then ordered some dessert which were brought to us quite quickly and again, after we had barely started on it, another bill was brought out to us. Are they trying to get us to leave? It was only 8:15pm and they shouldn't close until 9pm...And then, whilst my friend was in the middle of talking, that same waitress came to tell us that the kitchen is about to close. I'm really starting to suspect that they want us gone...

  Authentic Japanese cuisine, exactly like how I had it in Japan. Staff is very friendly, the restaurant is nicely decorated. Food arrangement is very aesthetic. Love the menu tablet at each table which lets you order food and check on the status of each dish that has been ordered. Our grilled fish was accidentally ruined in the process so we were informed and apologised by one of the staff. The bite size is very Japanese-like, which was great for us but if you are used to munching on huge burgers then maybe it is not a restaurant for you. Some people complain about the price but forgot to take into account the location, the aesthetic value and the excellent service. Overall, I'd highly recommend this restaurant to Japanese food lovers.

  Most ridiculous experience. Came here for their birthday promotion at 6pm. Got told wait time is 1 hour, and then extended to 1.5. After waiting for whole 2 hours only to find that there were at least 30 groups waiting in front of us. You need to be honest with cusmoters and not waste their precious time.

  Ah yes, they definitely want us gone. A different waitress came up to us a few minutes later to tell us the exact same thing, that the kitchen is about to close. Seriously? It was not later than 8:30pm, they shouldn't close for another half an hour, is this seriously what they consider to be acceptable treatment of their customers, to push them out of the door when all they wanted was to settle in for a relaxing dining experience?

  Then, whilst I was still holding my chopsticks, with still a quarter of my food left on my plate, a waitress came over to clear the table. When I looked at her with a startled expression, she quickly apologised and walked away.

  Basically everything is saltier than they should be, rice is cooked with too much water and low quality in general. Egg roll doesn't have sweet taste, side dishes are Microwaved. The food stand provided space for candle to continuously heating the food, but when I left the bowl there are no candles.
