  0 stars if possible. I called them to ask if they are holding my parcel and they hung up the phone. When I called again it went straight to the beeping noise.

  I don't normally write reviews but I want to warn others that the majority of their staff are rude, uncaring and unfriendly. One of the worst post office environments I have been to. In particularly, one caucasian guy in his late 50 and asian woman in her mid 60. Rotten attitude!

  I ordered something from Ebay and used Parcel locker if this post office. As claimed it was easy to register. It was free. And I got message and email when the delivery was ready. I found the place easy thanks to other friends who made comments before. And could pick it up very fast. I will certainly use it more often as it is just 1 min from Chatswood station and I can pick up my deliveries easily.

  Nice big very modern PO. Fast, helpful service. Just a complete PAIN to find! Google maps does NOT locate it correctly and I couldn't find it for the life of me. Then I phoned them and the phone just went to fax machine everytime I called! Finally one of the photos gave me a clue and I found it totally a block or more away from its googled location and not visible at all from there. Once I found it everything was great.
