    I bought almost 4 watches from there parramatta store including my rado and they told me I can go anywhere in Australia to get watch fix.And other day I went to there Chatswood store and I ask if they can get me take off couple of blocks out of my watch because it's loose in my wrist.but the lady there she discussed with her colleges and said to me I should go downstairs to get it done as they dnt have tools for that.i Wana know if someone will come to and buy a new watch Wana get it tight how you Gona do it .so no customer service at all.better buy your luxury watches from somewhere else bcz they not Gona give u service.

    I thoroughly recommend a visit to Gregory Jewellers at Chatswood if you're considering a watch or jewellery purchase. Being a bit of a watch nut I visit the store often and whether I'm buying or just browsing the staff are always attentive, patient and friendly.
