  We get easy appointment but no use. Better to go other stores even though it is late appointment.

  First visit I was told my i phone 5 was purchased from Optus Yagoona/ yenoora and that the screen was definitely third party and they could prove it by the glue on the screen and that's why the screen had popped out. I walked out very confused as I thought I'd purchased the phone at their store and in addition I had never used a third party to fix screen as phone was still under warranty. I also didn't know where Yagoona/ yenoora was but thought maybe it was just a postal address. Returned the next day to Chatswood with my receipt to show phone was actually purchased at Apple Chatswood. They were sorry they had punched in the wrong serial number the previous day. The service guy took phone out back and this time said the screen had popped out due to a swollen battery (not a third party screen) and then replaced the whole phone.

  This is a serious Apple Store! I’m trying to get a couple of iPhone X before Christmas but it’s pretty hard at the moment, I went in different stores, in here several times (also today) and I always found brilliant, smiling, helpful and great people!

  I visited twice recently and got helpful advice every time. Staff are friendly and sweet. They went above and beyond to help. I would definitely recommend everyone I know to go to apple Chatswood to get the best service.

  Worst customer service.. never seen before. I went 2 times for repair of my iPhone but they don’t do anything for repairs. 1st time and 2nd time, I showed them screenshots but they won’t listen what we say. They wipe the data nd say if it repeats in 48hrs come back. Even android phones works well if wipes everything. Manager service is also worst, I don’t know why they are working for apple if they are useless. Manager he haven’t checked my headphones ( that’s also one of the problem with my phone). Returned back with same problem, still it is repeating with headphones.

  Always helpful staff, they move through customers efficiently and quickly whilst still taking the time to listen to their enquiry. They do well under pressure even when they're being bombarded with unreasonable and demanding customers.

  Went back with my daughter's SE yesterday, screen had popped out when she dropped it. Was told screen for the SE was third party . I told the manager we had never had the phone repaired and he said again that he could tell from the glue. I then asked him to open the phone so he could match the serial number of the screen with the serial number of the phone. He took the screen off and told me the two numbers didn't match. When I asked him to show me the two numbers, he said he couldn't as it was confidential.My three older children were there and were also confused as to why this information would be confidential when I owned the phone He then said that her phone was rose gold but the button on her screen was gold. My daughter and I could not see any difference.

  This indicates to me that the technicians have no sure way to tell if the screen is genuine as I have never replaced the screen. The phone was still under warranty so it would not make sense to replace screen with a third party product and void the warranty. I am incredibly upset and have put in a complaint to Fair trading.
