  I took my brand new Mazda Maxx 3 for the first car wash. The guy suggested I go for the $90 wash/wax treatment and when I asked how long will it take he said and hour ..?!? A wax alone would take over an hour..when I said forget it, I want a good job done it's the first wash you can't do a good job in an hour. His reply..6 people do

  Had electrical equipment stolen from my car during the with. Took it up with management and they told me I couldn't prove it and wanted nothing to do with it.

  These guys simply do not know how to wash a car. The car appeared clean however, it is now covered in scratches. They simply tried to wash it dry. I will now need to polish and wax the car to restore it to a respectable state.

  I've been going here for years and my experience has always been great. Brian always does a great job or at least ensures great job is done. I don't know what other people expect from a car wash. Car wash is a car wash. You can't expect a brand new car haha. There are definitely differences between when I pay for the basic wash vs when I do a more expensive one once in a while but that's always how it is.

  Once parked outside I discovered 2 scratches in a very odd place (bottom of back door) approx 4cm long side by side. I didn't see this till the car was outside in the sun I found wax marks & even a dirty cloth left inside.

  Ugh I wish I had seen these reviews before I hurriedly dropped my car off for a wash. Paid $45 for the worst car 'wash' inside and out I've ever received. I was in a rush to leave and it was dark inside the parking lot and haven't even inspected the outside, but the inside of the car was NOT clean at all. The small holding compartments (eg for cups, loose change, sunglasses whatever) were not cleaned at all, the dash was 80% covered in dust still, and the seats were still covered in sand. I don't have the time to take this back to them for a second clean (and wouldn't really trust them to either). Save yourself the frustration and get out!
