  Louis provided us with the best service we have ever had. Although we eventually get the car from this deal because we didn't find the exact car with technologies we are after but Louis exceptional service has completely converted us to Mercedes lover.

  Louis is very professional, helpful and wise. We did purchase the Mercedes Benz car eventually but not with this dealer because they have limited stock of cars, and we need the car urgently.
