  Only caught wind of the concerning reviews as I was waiting for my cash being washed in the cafe, so I was pretty nervous to as I have a new car and didn’t want them scratching it. Anyhow, they did a pretty decent job for the $44. It was super dirty beforehand but most of it was clean at the end, aside from a few dirt marks in hard to clean places (crevices, under trimmings, etc.). A few unwiped water droplets on the interior leather, but aside from that I can’t complain. To anyone else: don’t pay at the counter before you’ve checked the work done and you’re happy with it.

  Worse car wash ever. I should have read the reviews he r e first. Twice i asked them to clean my car properly and in the end it was left with some acid wash marks on the apholstery. Stay away from these people

  I paid for the $44 whole car wash. when I received the text message to pick up my car I was pleased it was so quick. I went to get my car and looked at the car and it wasn't very clean - bird poop and stains still on the car surface which easily came off by scratching them off with my finger. when I was examining my car a staff member rudely asked why I was looking at the car and if it was my car. they then gave me confusing instructions on where to get my keys. Eventually the manager said he would wash my car again but once it was cleaned again no one checked to see if I was satisfied or sorry that it took so long. will not be returning

  I purchased a 5 wash interior and exterior package and I've never felt so conned. After my last "wash" I couldn't be happier that it's over. The last "wash" (and I use that word loosely) my car came out as though it had just been hosed with a garden hose nothing more. It was still dirty and to add salt to the wound my car was scratched. The manager was not helpful at all and needless to say I will not be going back there again.

  One of the worst car washes I’ve ever been a complete waste of money and time the staff are nearly clueless about anything! I couldn’t believe how bad the customer service was. On top of that you couldn’t understand half the things they were saying.
