  The only positive experience was the Karaoke. All the staff there seemed to be miserable. Not sure if they need new staff, more staff or better management but this place has so much potential and we just had an awful Saturday night.

  - there were drunk people walking along the lanes and up to the pins, rolling around on the floor, messing their beers and the staff did nothing.

  The bowling place is nice, It comfortable atmosphere, great seating and open spacious layout. It's very nice to hang out with your friend. Staff was awesome and totally accommodating.

  My son lost few tickets. And you guys always so helpful to minimise the pain Instead provide best solution to put smile back on him. Well done guys. Very professional staffs !

  - the bar staff were completely pathetic! I was ignored a few times before being able to order, and then when I did, I only received one of the drinks before the bar tender walked off to serve other people again.
